Too many women - just like you and me - who are in their 50s, 60s, and even 70s are waking up, looking around themselves and realizing they never lived the life they imagined.
That's how I was too. I never stopped and thought about how I was living - if it was good or bad or if it was what I wanted.
I was just ... existing.
I was living a life by default.
I realize now that I was stuck.
So stuck I didn't even know I was stuck.
And then, at age 60, my marriage of 35 years ended. It was over.
I thought that everything was over. Instead, it was a beginning.
It was the moment I knew that something had to change. And that was me.
It took nearly 4 years of reading, reflecting, learning ... and changing.

If YOU could start making changes ...
If those changes were painless and almost effortless...
If you could begin implementing them in just minutes a day ...
If you had simple, clear strategies to change your environment and life...
If you had a way to track your progress in a way that encouraged you to keep going ...
And you were inspired by the funny but true story of someone just like you who had "been there, done that."
I did for years, so I know that doesn't work! In fact, it only makes things worse.
Taking action can feel so hard, especially when you've been stuck for so long.
If you're frustrated, sad, or even angry... why would you take a path that was complicated, hard or "fancy?"
Time to stop wishing.
Time to stop berating yourself.
Time to stop feeling stuck or lost in your own life.
I was there. But I got out of it. I did it on my own ... and it was hard and long.
But what if you had a guide so that you don't have to spend years learning and searching?
I wrote my these books to be that simple, easy guide.
"Live the Life You Have Imagined" is no-nonsense and no fluff. Invest just five minutes a day in yourself to read a chapter (there are 31).
Each one outlines a simple action, an easy way to get out of stuck, to get out of default mode and to start living the life YOU have imagined.
Does it seem too simple? Why would you want to do it the hard way??? Tiny steps add up with almost no effort; they grow and they get you there.

Praise for Single & Sixty:
"The author allows us entrance into a very personal and difficult period in her life. As she shares some of her challenges and how she overcame them, she offers hope to other mature women who are faced with divorce later in life. What's more, she does so with both frankness and humor."
"Well written and funny - kept thinking been there done that!"

This print only journal includes:

This is the reflective and sometimes humorous story of pulling my life together after suddenly getting divorced at 60. I had experiences that you wouldn't believe (or maybe you would!) like...
I also wrote it to encourage other women who are on their journey through divorce. I share the insights and lessons I learned along the way about business, life, finances, friendship and love.

I never really imagined that my life would be like this. I didn't imagine that I would be a three-time book author. Before that, I didn't imagine that I would be unhealthy, in debt and divorced at 60 years old after 35 years of marriage.
I spent a lot of time growing up and as an adult never really thinking there was much else out there besides working myself to exhaustion and taking care of a family.
I was a business owner in partnership with my family. We had $6.6 million in properties to manage when my husband left. But it didn’t mean I had access to that kind of cash!
Actually, I had mounds of debt so I decided to get my real estate brokers license. That was a learning experience. Eventually, I managed to pull myself out of debt and began to be able to breathe a little bit.
On top of everything else, I had let myself get overweight and out of shape. When I decided to get in shape, I joined a boot camp. I couldn't even jog at first! I had to walk, then jog, before eventually competing in a few local 5k races. I was later recruited into a masters track club and competed in the National Senior Games in 2019.
Despite traveling for years with my former spouse (he was military), I was so afraid to travel on my own. It took a real act of courage to go to San Francisco, which might sound like a little "weak sauce" to some of you, but I had never driven to or been in the city by myself.
Since then I’ve solo traveled to North Carolina, South Carolina, a dude ranch in Wyoming, and Arizona (where I bought a warehouse).
I’ve also been to Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Egypt, France and Italy with groups or on tours. I went to Croatia by myself for a month in 2019.
All of this from a woman who was single, overweight, out of shape and broke ... at age 60!
While it might sound like I have “arrived” somewhere, I know it’s an ongoing journey and there is still much for me to do.
I've been where you are and I know how to get out of that place.
